Drainage is the silent killer of concrete in SE QLD's heavy rain - make sure the concreter is planning falls and (where needed) channel drains so water flows away from the house. Ask about the steel reinforcement (mesh size) and whether they're using N20 or N25 mix - both are standard but the right choice depends on load (driveway vs path).
