1 Pressure Cleaning
in Ormeau.

Mould, lichen, dirt, and oil - SE QLD humidity is paradise for all of them. The pressure cleaning operators on HelpSorted handle driveways, paths, roofs, exterior walls, decks, and pool surrounds. The right pressure (and the right chemical pre-treatment) makes the difference between clean concrete and damaged concrete.

For a standard driveway (~80 sqm) plus front path, expect $250-$500 depending on contamination level. Full exterior house wash including walls and eaves runs $400-$800. Decks and pool surrounds add $150-$400. Roof pressure cleans are specialist work - should be done by an operator with roof access and the right chemical pre-treatment for moss and lichen ($400-$900 for a standard 3-bedroom roof).

For exterior paint prep (before a re-paint), pressure cleaning is essentially mandatory in SE QLD - paint doesn't adhere to a mouldy or chalky surface. Coordinate with your painter on timing; usually pressure clean a day or two before the paint job starts.
