Pool Services
near Wights Mountain.

Owning a pool in SE QLD means an algae problem is always a fortnight away. The pool services listed here handle regular maintenance (chemical balance, brush-down, filter clean), repairs (pumps, chlorinators, heaters), and conversions (chlorine to salt, salt to mineral).

For regular maintenance, expect $60-$120 per visit weekly or fortnightly - includes water testing, chemical dosing, skimming, vacuuming, filter back-wash. Most owners go weekly in summer (Oct-Apr) and fortnightly in winter.

For pump and chlorinator replacements, expect $1,200-$2,500 supplied and installed. Pool heaters (solar, heat pump, gas) range $3,000-$8,000 depending on the system. For green-pool recovery jobs (e.g. after a holiday), expect $200-$400 plus chemicals for a full reset over 5-7 days.
